An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That’s why we offer the most comprehensive service plans in the industry – to protect you from big, unexpected repair bills.

Records show that four out of five heating system breakdowns could have been prevented with regular system maintenance. For just a few dollars more than the cost of a tune-up, you can get a Service Plan that includes annual maintenance.

We offer two plans - the Super Value Plan or the Total Comfort Plan.  Our Super Value Plan covers parts and labor costs for most of the things that typically go wrong with a heating system should you ever need a repair. Our Total Comfort Plan takes your protection to the highest level, covering everything the Super Value Plan does, PLUS coverage for dozens of other repairs, which are less frequent but can be quite expensive.

No matter which plan you choose, you also receive these guarantees:

• If you have no heat, we will come to your home no more than four hours after you call us. (In most cases we will be there sooner.)
• Automatic delivery customers in good standing will never run out of oil.
• We will always use professional testing equipment, not guesswork, when we do your tune-ups to ensure that your system is restored to maximum efficiency.
• We will always leave your home as clean as we found it. You will never have to clean up after us!
• We pledge to be friendly and courteous at all times.
• We will never charge you overtime for any labor covered under our service plans.

If we don’t live up to any of these guarantees, we’ll give you $25 worth of heating oil––FREE.
